Healthcare executives and trustees have long relied on BoardEffect to improve board management and streamline better decision making. With the challenges and changes brought about by COVID-19, today’s healthcare leaders need as much operational, strategic and regulatory support as possible. Our top healthcare clients have continued to dive deeper into leveraging BoardEffect beyond the boardroom, working to maintain operational efficiency, meet compliance standards and drive key decision making.

Join us on November 4th at 1PM EST/ 10 AM PST as we (virtually) sit down with Brian Uy, Solution Architect at MemorialCare Health System, to discuss how his organization has been getting the most out of BoardEffect throughout the pandemic and their plans looking forward.

We’ll cover:

  • How to maintain legal oversight across the organizations key decision making
  • How to incorporate deeper committee management for better governance
  • A brief overview of key features being used heavily amid the pandemic
  • …and much more
